How does FIRST BETHANY BANK AND TRUST collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

–        Our affiliates include First Bethany Bancorp, Inc., the financial holding company that owns us, and First Bethany Credit Insurance Agency, a limited insurance company which offers credit life, accident, and health insurance to our customers.

Non-affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

–        FIRST BETHANY BANK AND TRUST does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

–        FIRST BETHANY BANK AND TRUST does not jointly market.
